I have a colleague who let her MRO certification expire. Now she is wondering if it is monetarilly worthwhile to re-certify. She's asking was kind of compensation can she expect ... the MRO work I do is as a contractor to a TPA on a fixed salary. Is there some sort of compensation survey?
