Immunoassay screens for benzodiazepines are typically directed at nordiazepam, nitrazepam, and oxazepam. They have varying reactivity to other benzodiazepines. I don't know how much reactivity your benzodiazepine immunoassay (i.e., rapid test) has toward Klonopin (clonazepam). Your suspicion may be correct - the test may have missed Klonopin because it's not directed at Klonopin.
