I am an addiction specialist and psychiatrist, recently certified as an MRO. I will start providing services to a local hospital (employee health) and I am not sure how to charge.  Should I bill fee for service or a monthly stipend?  Can you give me some specific ideas. Thanks, I will really appreciate your input.
