GCMS is the gold standard - it is what it is with no false positive (barring administrative error). I have grown to trust the labs and it is still incumbent on the donor find the source with your assistance. Frequently they eventually find they took "someone else's medication by mistake" or were subject to "spiked food or drink" or less frequently forgot to tell the MRO about a verifiable medical use. Once a good faith interview is done, report your result (preferably within 5 days of initial contact).
