Please see the recent thread below on MRO compensation. I think it simplest, and most common, for MROs who are reviewing non-negative results on behalf of external clients to charge on a per test basis. Add up the number of tests at the end of each month and bill for the number of tests multiplied by the charge per test. The per test fee depends, but is probably somewhere around $50.
