I am a union representative on my job and am dealing with a case involving a positive amphetamine test. The donor tested positive for amphetamines in a non-DOT urine test. There was a split sample, and he has just asked for sample B to be tested. My question is this: If the original drug test was conducted on June 1st 2009, and the split sample is just now being sent for testing, how much of the drug/metabolite will deteriorate during storage, if any? Thanks.
