The recent Red Bull stories that it contained cocaine (0.13 micrograms per can in the German version of the product) triggered several donors claiming that to me. It wasn't sold with cocaine in it in North America and even if it had would have been enough to trigger a positive. The donors who tried to claim this excuse to me had multi thousand ng levels and ultimately other illicit reasons for their positives. Unless you are part of a research study (as mentioned by Dr Swotinsky), you'd have no legitimate reason to have your hands immersed in so much cocaine as to get any significant amount in your system.
