Post accident non-DOT positive for Butalbital at level of 327. Admits to using daughter's Rx. Verified as positive. Fired by employer. Donor contacts us requesting drug level for use at grievance hearing. Should this information be released (non-DOT testing of course)or should we wait for a subpoena? What policy do you suggest?
