Per usual: First MRO the observed positive specimen and, if positive after review, report it as such and cancel the cold/now invalid specimen. However if the observed specimen is MRO'd negative (highly unlikely here), then revert to MRO of the positive cold specimen where the donor must now explain its result. If it's all explained away (ain't possible here), publish a case report in a toxicology journal. Most likely scenario is positive for both drugs in observed specimen and brought with him the wrong person's urine to substitute for his own.
