I had a donor in a non DOT company-scheduled drug test who tested positive for codeine at over 50,000 ng/ml. He claims that he took 2 Tylenol #3 tablets within 12 hours of the test. He did have a prescription for 25 Tylenol #3's that the pharmacy faxed but it was a prescription from 14 months previous (Aug 2008). Would this be considered a legitimate prescription? And would this test be considered positive or negative? Thanks.
