I've interviewed several in jail--by phone of course! You may have some difficulty navigating through the jail staff while trying to maintain confidentiality. If you cannot do the interview you could do the 10 day wait and then if/when the donor is available later allow him/her the opportunity to go through the interview. It is certainly a special situation and it is only right to allow the donor the option of explaining the result if the system does not allow it when incarcerated.
