We all have experience with donors who, when told they test positive, respond to us with excuses they've read on the Internet. I'm not trying to be disrespectful, but I basically ignore their read-on-the-Internet explanations.
Donor: Doctor, I read on the Internet that amoxicillin causes positive cocaine results.
MRO: It doesn't. So, what's going to happen next is my staff notifies the employer about your cocaine positive result. The employer's waiting for the result. I wanted to be sure you knew about it first. etc.
I read the following on the Internet, so it must be true: "Don't believe everything you read on the Internet. Research shows that 34.2% of all statistics posted on the Internet are made up by experts trying to impress."

Betcha didn't know this: Former President George W. Bush is an alien lizard!! It must be true, because it's in print on the Internet.
