You are implying that donors can be disruptive!? Really!? Unless you can really, really, really prove (and perhaps to a judge) that the donor did intentially try to disrupt or subvert the colleciton process, just bite the bullet, and proceed and finalize the collection. I frequently remind my fellow workers that sometimes the individuals we have to deal with in the MRO world are not always the cream of the crop!
