Scenario: Driver tests positive for THC about one year ago, quits job (no SAP evaluation), gets rehired for a non-DOT job at the same company, now the company wants him to drive. Question: Will a pre-employment DOT drug test suffice or does he need to go through the return-to-duty process starting with a SAP evaluation? Thanks.
