If it was, for example, a RTD or FU test that should have been under direct observation but by mistake was not, it REMAINS a RTD or FU test for purposes of MIS reports. In addition, if anyone notices the mistake and sends the donor back for a prompt retest w/direct observation, that retest w/direct observation is also RTD or FU (in this example).
