I'll bait you here a bit.....How do you reconcile that when the SAP orders say 6 follow up tests and the 5th one was not observed and the donor is then sent back for an observed recollection. Has the donor now met the 6 follow up tests? I don't think that is the intent. Now say the non observed one was the 6th and final follow up test but the donor has to be sent back to have it observed...Have you now not exceeded the original 6 tests ordered by the SAP at no fault of the donor?
