Opiate-positive test in an employee taking hydrocodone

We did a preemployment drug test using a 5-panel.  The result came back positive for opiates. The employee said he took a pill called hydrocodone the night before for back pain. Would you retest this employee? What is hydrocodone and how concerned should we be?
