Adderall can be identified as amphetamine in urine drug tests for about 3-4 days after last use. It would be, at most, exceedingly rare for a prospective employer to test for methylprednisolone in a workplace drug test. For the most part, workplace drug testing is focused on identification of drugs of abuse such as heroin, marijuana, and methamphetamine. Methylpredisolone (Medrol) is not a drug of abuse. There is potential for certain prescription medications to cause positive results that look like the positives from illicit use, and therefore employers are supposed to have physician "MROs" to sort out prescription-positives from abuse-positives.
