What is the legal way of handling collection and reporting of drug test result of minors. What are the parents right and what information are they legally entitled to? Should the interview be done in the presence of the donor's legal guardian? What kind on consents are needed? The drug testing i'm referring to is one of those required by some school as part of their pre-participation in sports, as well as those required by employer for minor student employee, especially during the summer.
