If you still want to go ahead with hair testing, it is my understanding that (and check with the lab who performs the testing and the collection site who collects the testing) that underarm hair can also be used for hair testing. However I have had experience with donors who, knowing they are about to have hair testing, shave off every last drop of hair, including underarm hair and pubic hair! Good luck and let us know what, if anything, transpires from your efforts.
