Thanks for the reply. The situation is that the court officials have asked that I get involved, largely I believe because they have not had much in the way of training to understand the process of drug screening and what to do with anything that comes back other than a staight positive or negative from the lab. They have not previously had the assistance of an MRO as best I can tell. The issue is revolving around screens that meet dilute the dilute criteria that is currently in place for DOT screens. I don't believe that they are testing these to the limit of detection, but I'm not yet sure what cutoffs are being used. I will use your guidance to ascertain some of these details that you have questioned. I will post again if more issues arise. Thanks for your insight.
