Our testing laboratory has decided that they no longer wish to provide us with a copy of the CCF signed by the certifying scientist, but just the electronic report. My understanding is that DOT requires us to have a signed laboratory copy for positives. I still feel more comfortable with a signed lab copy for all positives, in case of a legal challenge. Is this unnecessary?
