When morphine "and/or" codeine levels are below 15,000 ng/mL and 6-AM is negative this can suggest poppy seed ingestion. My questions are these:
Does the "and/or" mean morphine and codeine, or codeine alone?
Can morphine be present in the absence of codeine as well?
