Your question is, Are certain point-of-collection (a.k.a. on-site) screens that are more sensitive at identification of propoxyphene? If you want to screen employees for propoxyphene use, you'll want to use a propoxyphene-specific immunoassay. The opiate screens commonly used for workplace testing have weak cross-reactivity to propoxyphene, and even weaker cross-reactivity to oxycodone.
