What can cause a marijuana-positive drug test?

Hello, I am reviewing the urine drug screen results for a new hire candidate.  The test was positive at 50 ng/mL using GC/MS.  I am wondering what is the possibility that this may be a false-positive from some other source? I mean, a source other than a prescription for Marinol, and other than actual marijuana use?  Is there any other reason or source of prescription medicine or OTC medicine or herbal medication that would cause this positive??
