Dr Swotinsky's hosting of this has very helpful to many for which I know we are all grateful including this poster. In response to your questions: There is regulated (e.g. DOT) and non-regulated testing (e.g. many parole programs). Regulated testing requires MRO's have cerification (AAMRO or MROCC or currently even self-cerication) of a basic level of training and knowledge which would be expected to include your example (even though hydrocodone is not usually included in regulated testing). In the MRO process the RAW results are not reported - - results are reviewed with the donor and only those positives are reported for which there is no verifiable legitimate medical explanation. Therefore I would suspect (and hope) that no MRO was involved in your case.
