I was involved with a similar case in 2004, through a person who posted in this forum. He was about to be fired from his position because he tested positive to hydromorphone and hydrocodone and "only" had a prescription for hydrocodone. There was a MRO involved in his case, who obviously was not very knowledgeable (in my opinion) about these matters. It turned out that he was not a certified MRO from AAMRO nor MROCC. He was unable to afford a certified MRO or an attorney to help him, so I helped him "pro bono" by reviewing the case and writing a letter. After my involvement, his name was cleared, but the aggravation of this person in this mess, was not a lot of fun for himself or his family! It was not clear what happened in your case, but I hope everything worked out. I am not sure it would be a good idea for YOU to contact the MRO, but perhaps you could find a local MRO to review the case and have them send her a letter, or perhaps just leave it alone if everything is back to normal. Good Luck!
