Thank you for taking time to post your comments and thoughts and for following up on the responses to your posting!  While you're correct that this bulletin board is focused on workplace testing, it's nevertheless valuable to hear perspectives from other venues.  As to your question: No, MROs don't merely report lab results w/o processing them (i.e., determining if there are alternative explanations).

The rest of your posting is more of a statement than a question.  In general, essays offering opinions about what's good or bad about testing are not helpful for the forum  -- everyone has an opinion, and there are other Internet sites that are better suited for posting opinions and complaints about testing.  This board is intended to help those who want to be sure that when testing is conducted, it is conducted properly.

No-one who reads this knows who you are -- Hey, I thought you were a woman! -- and no-one who reads this knows if you do or don't use drugs.  Those who've offered advice here have both accepted your scenario as presented and offered suggestions that you may want to consider.

Anyway, thank you for sharing your experience on this board and good luck with your hearing!
