I'll allow some else to address relative accuracy but offer this advice: they all have a significant false positive rate - usually with a substantial number of common drugs causing false positives as listed in the package insert which you can share with the overly exuberant employer - I offer "quick tests" for negative reporting but use only kits which include follow-up GMCS for confirmation of all "non-negatives" as they are NOT positive for me until GCMS confirmed - I beleive the liability too high otherwise (not to mention the integrity and fairness issues of the process).
