The MRO courses given by MROCC and AAMRO offer Category 1 CME credit, plus they offer the king of training that DOT requires for MRO qualification.  There is no CME given for successful completion of the MRO certification exams.  ACOEM offers a distance learning program, which includes a self-assessment tool (basically, a take-home exam with an answer key) that can be used for CME, too.
