The question first posted in this thread came from a collection site -- e.g., "The DER was informed but wanted our facility to "consider that a non-event" and retest." The concern was raised that the DER wanted to do the test over, so what now? My response remains: Do the test again, and send the paperwork to the employer, MRO, etc, as usual for each of the two tests.
As for what the MRO would do upon determining there was a refusal to test of someone who holds a Part 67 airman medical certificate: Yes, the MRO must notify FAA.
