First interview the donor for the positive cocaine result, and then verify the test as positive for cocaine (unless there is a medical explanation). Also interview the donor for the invalid result -- ask him/her if he/she added anything to the urine, etc. Unless he/she admits to adulterating the urine, report out the final result as positive for cocaine, and the rest of the tests cancelled due to the invalid findings.
