On Chapter 8, page 105 of your book you mentioned the a drug test done as part of a fitness for duty exam is a clinical test and should not be disclosed to the employer nor used for diciplinary action. But you also wrote that the medical fitness evaluation and the drug test are "separate and distict task". Can you site examples that can help clarify this for me. Thank you.
