Well I have some good news and bad news. The bad news is that the eye drops would not cause your drug test to be positive for amphetamines. The good news is that Adderall is an amphetamine, and if you have a legitimate prescription of your own for Adderall, obtained in a legal manner, prescribed by your own physician, then you should be able to pass your drug test.
