Preemployment positive drug test and DOT card already issued

Comments

If a client has already been issued a Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT card), and his urine drug test subsequently comes back positive (our facility serves as both examining physician and MRO), do we have an obligation to notify anyone other than the client company?
