No, assuming the donor was also "contacted" by the MRO - years ago the DOT exam had a box to be checked if a drug screen was part of the exam (and did affect the certification), most of us didn't check it even if a drug test was done thereby making the exam and drug test separate events - now-a-days they are simply separate events (with the rare exception of habitual use folow-up coordinated with a SAP)
