The products referenced in this posting are look-alike, generic versions of Vicks Inhaler. They have the chap-stick style casing with a solid core containing the aromatic component that has levmetamfetamine. I also want to weigh in on the newsletter article referenced in this posting. I'm also familiar w/the case (as noted in the article), and I've done an MRO review or two. My own approach has been to carefully interview the donor with an amphetamines-positive reuslt about use of products like Vicks Inhaler. I don't order d v. l routinely, but instead order it whenever I'm unable to rule out use of these products through my interview with the donor. The test is expensive, time consuming, and not necessary (in my opinion) if the donor says he or she did not use Vicks Inhaler or a product like Vicks Inhaler.
