A handful of states prohibit or restrict the use of on site drug testing for workplace programs. If you're not in one of those states, and if you're not conducting tests that are regulated under federal workplace drug testing regulations (e.g., DOT), then there is no law that prohibits or restricts your ability to use the devices.
