Employee on random drug screen tests positive for benzoylecgonine.  States he is on amoxicillin, Celebrex, loratidine and naproxyn. States he read that amoxicillin can cause false positive test for cocaine derivative and wants the split tested. Split will be sent out for testing. I haven't come across a reference yet regarding amoxicillin and false positives....is there a reference or evidence for such??? Thanks!
