The web site http://passyourdrugtest.com/false-positives.htm says that amoxicillin does cause false-positive cocaine results.  Most likely, that web site gets more traffic than this one.  

Dr. P is correct.  Don't believe everything you read on the Internet.  I read that 44.2% of all statistics posted on the Internet are fabricated by so-called "experts" trying to impress.  Here's my proof: See http://www.occ-doc.net/disclaimer.htm.
