I just don't see the reason to make someone (with known renal failure) go sit at a collection site for 3 hours just to prove he cannot give a sample. If someone truly cannot produce urine they could produce volumes of documentation of the dialysis treatments 3 or more times per week! Can someone explain this rationale to me?
