These are employees of our client companies not just someone off the street so to speak. We have, in some cases, years of documentation of the renal failure with updated physician's statements whenever they come up for a Random. Tranplants are a great question. That would be caught when the donor comes up for random and the new (and verified) physician statement testifies to the fact they do or do not currently have renal failure requiring dialysis. I am still curious if anyone actually made a donor with known renal failure sit in a collection site for 3 hours. What was the response from the donor, collection site and company regarding making them do this?
