A 1985 study presented urine benzoylecognine pharmacokinetic data, including the figure copied below. Note that this figure is micrograms per mL; to convert to nanograms per mL, multiply by one thousand. The level you reference represents use within the past 2-3 days. As to how much use, it depends on a variety of factors, especially the timing. Please note that no-one else has published this kind of data, perhaps because it's common understanding that correlating urine levels to use is at best a very rough approximation.
