I have had one on employment (not random) who notified me in advance (difficult for randoms) and I did have him bring me acceptable evidence of anuria to his appointment (and we collected hair as part of "my" exam). We thus avoided the 3 hour wait and subsequent follow-up. I in this case served as collection site, examiner, and MRO (which is usually not the case) and I was prepared to defend my actions ("at your own peril". Your situation sounds like it may be similar and defensible but probably not so for the masses . . . I too would like to hear if anyone else has an experience to share. Thanks
