One last comment before we can probably put this to bed!. At "my" place, we deal with this all the time due to the volume of tests we receive. Most companies who are aware of the individual on dialysis, call us, and through us, allow this process to be expidited, so that the donor does not need to waste their time and the company's time by driving to a collection site and waiting for 3 hours. If and when a drug twst is needed, they call us, and we authorize/comfirm this information and some companies will OK sending this individual for an alternative test (i.e. hair).
