I agree with Dr. Swotinsky's post, and this same scenario came up twice this week! I suggest that you pick up the phone and explain this to the DER since reports like this might, and often can, cause a great deal of confusion with the company. The company might think the result was sent in error, especially when the donor will, and this is almost a certainty, be talking to the company and explaining that there must be some mistake with the results!
