I suspect your testing is not GCMS confirmed where oxycodone (Oxycontin) would be clearly distinguished from hydrocodone(i.e. one would not cause a positive for the other)as noted on prior posts. HOWEVER for on-site enzyme kits (check your package insert), you will find on most if not all that both the opiates and oxycodone tests will each show positive with use of either hydrocodone and oxycodone. The hydrocodone can cause a positive for oxycodone on these low specifity enzyme tests. Of course GCMS testing and a good MRO would constitute a better program.
