We have tried to implement hair follicle testing for all new hires in the last several months and have had limited success. We are finding all the women end up being testing and few of the men. LabCorp (who we are using) claims they can't get enough hair from the men. We are considering abandoning doing this and going back to urine testing. Have others had this experience? My company feels testing arm pit hair is too invasive.
