When doing a large number of non-DOT collections over a short period of time at a company site (75-100 in less than 8 hours), can we pre-fill collection site information on the chain-of-custody form?  Again, these are non-DOT and the use of a clerical assistants to help with the paperwork is a huge benefit in getting the job done.
