There is no law that I'm aware of, Curious, that prohibits "hormonal testing" of drug test specimens. There are, however, federal drug testing procedures that authorize labs to conduct tests of specimen validity [see for example 49 CFR 40.89]. The federal procedures do not directly apply to all drug tests, but they do establish a good model that many programs try to emulate.
